What We Build
MDK installs paver patios, walkways, driveways, and retaining walls across Rockland County. We work in Valley Cottage, New City, Nanuet, and Orangeburg, and we maintain the properties we build. Every job is installed by our own crew, not subcontracted.
Most of our work is residential, on homes where the yard has never been finished properly. If you have a slope, drainage, or a patio that has settled, that is the kind of job we take.

Materials we install
We install manufactured paver systems and natural stone. Product line named on every proposal.
Our Warranty
Two-year written workmanship warranty on every paver installation. If a joint fails or a section settles, we come back and fix it. No competitor in Rockland County publishes a warranty of any kind.

The back of the house had a cracked slab and standing water against the foundation. We removed the slab, regraded, and installed 380 square feet of paver patio with a raised seating wall and a fire pit. Nine days, start to finish.
